I was never into yoga until my good friend Adea and I committed to regular classes in January, Adea idea of regular classes was daily. Yes from a person that only attended Bikram yoga for a few weeks in 2000 I was now waking up to Yoga classes every morning that I grew to enjoy and miss if a class was cancelled.

The yoga styles Adea taught were varied no sessions for the 6 months we were doing them were the same. On occasions, I could choose what I wanted to work on but Adea chose the style from traditional Hatha, vinyasa, restorative, Kundalini the list went on.

Personally, I feel you have to like your yoga teacher to sustain the practice…
